The mission of Harper-Archer Middle School is to empower students to achieve
excellence in scholarship, leadership, citizenship and sportsmanship
while preparing them as leaders for the future.

We believe that we must continuously search for innovative and effective ways to adjust our teaching strategies to accommodate the learning styles of our students.

We believe that learning is affected most when students are provided a safe, supportive, and caring environment that develops self-esteem, self-motivation, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility.

Our focus is academic excellence for all students. Harper-Archer's students will be successful when parents, teachers and the students work together.
