Dr. Bruce E. Williams   has over 25.5 years of experience as a librarian in both public, special and school libraries.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism (Benedict College, Masters in Library and Information Science (Atlanta University), and Doctorate of Education in Administration and Supervision (University of Sarasota).   He is also a National Board Certified Teacher.
