    Past Events...

Over the years, the Writing Center has hosted several competitions, workshops, and a book club.
In 2013, we even started an Author Series, which consists of a series of regular installments of published and unpublished authors reading and discussing their works.

Check our home page for all upcoming events.

    Summer Creative Writing Workshop

Every summer, the Writing Center hosts a 2-week-long creative writing workshop.
In 2013, the focus was hip hop writing---though we covered several modes and genres,
including the essay, short story, and poetry.
