    In addition to the traditional learning environment offered by Atlanta Public Schools, the district now provides a rich virtual learning environment - the Atlanta Virtual Academy (AVA) to allow students to access learning anytime, anywhere, on any device.
     
    Whether a student wants to catch up on missed credits or accelerate to get ahead, AVA provides the access needed. The courses offered uphold the same rigorous standard as traditional courses and grant credits that fully count toward graduation, while allowing students to work at an individual pace.
