• Out-of-school enrichment programs offer a variety of learning experiences for students outside the school environment. Out-of-school learning helps students develop talents, strengthen communities and increase interest in education by creating extra learning opportunities in the real world.

DT Howard PTO does not endorse any programs and recommends you evaluate each carefully for your child’s needs.

The Northside Cotillion is a dancing and manners program for Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Grade students who live in the Sutton Middle School district.

Registration is opening for Fall programs! While we don't know exactly how things will look in September, we are moving forward in hope. I encourage you to register sooner rather than later since class size might be limited. If classes are not able to proceed, full refunds will be given.

This is not your grandmother’s cotillion! Basic ballroom dancing and popular dance (Shag, Swing, Free Style, Line and Slow) will be taught, as well as many important social skills the students will need to know now and throughout their lives. You can expect your child to gain confidence in our class, learn how to greet, shake hands and converse with adults– an all-important skill as the dating years approach. They will also discuss social media etiquette! But most of all, your teen will have fun!

The Cotillion Group is a well-respected and widely-known organization that has reached students across the metro Atlanta area for over 25 years, with programs in Pace Academy and Galloway locally. The Northside Cotillion offers a wonderful opportunity for your child to grow in confidence and gain important social skills for facing their high school years and beyond.
