Teacher Induction Program Mission & Vision
To support induction phase teachers in their growth toward becoming autonomous, and effective teachers and leaders. We hold formative assessment, inquiry, reflection, and data driven multi-dimensional mentoring as a foundation of our program. As we induct teachers into our profession, we reject teaching in isolation and embrace a norm of collaboration in a professional community. We strive for outcomes in increased teacher retention, teacher effectiveness, and ultimately, increased student achievement.
All new teachers to be effectively inducted to the profession and the district through a comprehensive teacher induction program.
