  • My Professional Learning Center (MyPLC) is the learning management system for Atlanta Public Schools.  All APS employees use this system to access professional learning opportunities and to complete annual evaluations.

    MyPLC System Contacts

    • To login, you must use your Employee ID number and network password.  If you are still experiencing issues logging into MyPLC, please reset your password by calling APS Service Desk @ 404-802-1000.  Indicate that you NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD.

    • MyPLC PL-related issues ONLY (i.e. course registration, course credit, etc.) - Click to Email MyPLC for PL Related Issues

    • If you are having trouble logging in or accessing the MyPLC website (according to your role): 

      • Substitutes - You may need to reset your password.  You must go to an APS location and contact APS Service Desk @ 404-802-1000.  You may also visit the Substitute Services web page on the APS Human Resources website.

      • Charter & Partner School Employees - You may need to reset your password. Contact APS Service Desk @ 404-802-1000.  To find out what your Employee ID number is, please check with the HR administrator or technology person in your building.  

      • If you have been on leave (i.e. Military, FMLA) and you find that your account is inactive, please contact APS Human Resources Absence Management Specialist to ensure that your return to work documents have been processed. 

      • Certificates/Renewals - Please visit the APS Human Resources website for contact information.

      • Evaluation (EPAT & TKES/LKES) - Send an email to the applicable department below if you require assistance with completing your evaluations:
