How to Enroll in AVA JR

  • Enrollment Process    

     

        1. Visit https://www.atlantapublicschools.us/Page/62889or email nholley@atlanta.k12.ga.us.

        2. Once you’re on our site, you can complete the online Interest Form. Please note, the Interest Form must be fully submitted before the review process can begin. 

       3. Starting August 3, 2020, you may complete the AVAJr.'s Interest Survey in Infinite Campus via the Parent Portal. The Interest Survey is located in the Message Center. Once you complete this form, it will initiate your student's enrollment process and your school's AVAJr. Liaison will contact you. 

    Your Virtual Learning Liaison will provide you with: 

    • One on One Conference 
    • Information for new students that tour the eResources available in MyBackpack.  
    • Final Registration Steps 
    • After you have completed the enrollment process and placement is finalized, confirm your child’s schedule and intent to participate in AVAJr. . program, the AVAJr. registrar will enroll your child into the appropriate courses. We will assign his or her teacher and your child can login and begin working online on the first day of school. We will reach out to your family to help get started in the days leading up to the first day of school.
