Welcome to Third Grade! 

I am Mrs. E. Parks and am excited to work with your child for the 2023-2024 School Year! This is my 8^th year of teaching. I have taught 2^nd, 3^{rd, and} 4^th Grades. I previously taught in both Alabama and New Jersey, and now Georgia!  I am originally from Montgomery, Alabama. I attended Alabama State University (B.S. Elementary Education) and the University of West Alabama (M.Ed. Elementary Education).  

One thing that drives me is student growth. With your help, your child will leave out of 1^st grade as an AMAZING reader! It is my goal that your child gains the independence and confidence to become leaders of their learning. Our classroom will build up student leaders with the boldness to take charge of their education.  

We are prepping the next set of world leaders in our classroom 😊 !
