    Tenika Booth

    Tenika began her career in human services as an intern with the Department of Family and Children’s Services in Clayton County. After graduation she joined The Integral Youth and Family Project in Atlanta, Ga. She took time off to expand her family until she accepted the role of Parent Liaison with Fulton County Schools. Tenika has been with Atlanta Public Schools since 2016. 

    Tenika received her Bachelors of Social Work from Georgia State University and a Master of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University. She recently earned a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. 

    Born and raised in Southwest Atlanta, Georgia, Tenika is a proud alum of R. N. Fickett Elementary and D. M. Therrell High School. Tenika supports the vision of Equity, Excellence, and Engagement for our students, families, and stakeholders. 

     

    Fun Fact: Tenika bartended at local nightclubs while in college.
