• Join Us for the TEA "Talking Equity Atlanta"

Recently, the Center for Equity + Social Justice at Atlanta Public Schools hosted a “Talking Equity Atlanta” (TEA) series of virtual cluster community meetings to foster more engagement and two-way dialogue focused on advancing educational equity throughout the district.

We were honored to have our very own Superintendent, Dr. Lisa Herring, kick-off the first TEA with the North Atlanta Cluster, along with participation from a host of distinguished Atlanta Board of Education members and our Chief Equity & Social Justice Officer, Dr. Tauheedah Baker-Jones who facilitated each cluster community’s TEA conversation.

We were especially grateful for your participation and the insightful perspectives that you shared throughout the community engagement series.
