Ryan Free is a highly accomplished educational leader who fosters excellence and creates a positive learning environment. With a wealth of experience in the field of education, Ryan is excited to join HAES as an Assistant Principal in the fall of 2023!

Throughout his career, Ryan has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success and holistic development. He believes in empowering students to reach their full potential and instilling in them a lifelong love for learning. Ryan has over 13 years of experience as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Ryan has worked in Barrow County Schools, Two Rivers Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., Fulton County Schools, and The Kindezi Schools.

Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University.

In addition to his expertise in educational administration, Ryan possesses exceptional organizational and management skills. He adeptly oversees daily operations, maintains a safe and conducive learning environment, and establishes strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

When not at HAES, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and his daughter, Harper.
