Federal Program Services are designed to provide the following support:
Share Resources
Share resources, information, and internal professional processes that ensure fiscal compliance throughout the district that fulfill federal and state requirements.
Communication & Collaboration
Encourage communication & collaboration throughout the district to align school programs and finance components to continuously improve the process.
Technical Assistance
Provide technical assistance and guidance to schools and central office departments on program monitoring and Federal guidelines that outline various processes.
Communication & Collaboration
Build the capacity of district & school leaders to support and implement sustainable and effective programmatic initiatives that meet all federal program and fiscal requirements.
