We believe that if we invest deeply in the physical, social-emotional, and financial well-being of APS staff, then they will experience greater personal wellbeing, feel more sustained and supported in their work and be better positioned to model wellbeing practices for students and support the whole child so our students survive. This is our Theory of Action.
