To use the self-service password reset tool:
You must have previously registered your account. You will receive an “Access Denied” error if your account is not registered
- Enter the following address in your browser:
https://bit.ly/APS-SSPReset - In User ID enter your username@apsk12.org
- Enter the characters from the security image
- Click Next
- Select "I forgot my password"
- Click Next
- Choose one of the options, for the first verification step
For example, select "email my alternate email" - Click Email
- Enter the code sent into the box provided
Log into your alternate email
Copy the verification code sent to your email - Enter the code into the box provided
- Click Next
- Select the option for verification step 2
- Click Text
- Check your text message
- Enter the code in the box
- Click Next
- Enter your new password twice
- Click Finish
Congratulations! You have reset your network password
