Why is it Important to me?
For more than 20 years, Atlanta Public Schools has navigated an outdated HR and Finance system. This has often meant extra steps, manual work, and time spent tracking down information.
That’s why in July 2026, we’re excited to Launch Quantum, a system powered by Oracle. Think of Quantum as a "one-stop shop" for everything related to Finance and HR.

What’s Next?
- Lawson Blackout Period (No Access) – 6/26/26 to 7/6/26
- Go-Live – 7/6/26 to 7/10/26 (controlled release)
- You will be notified via email when your area will be able to access Quantum
- Quantum Launch Live Virtual Support Room on MS Teams:
- Post Launch hours beginning July 6th
- Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
