Annual Update Process for SY26-27 begins March 2nd!

To APS Parents or Guardians:

Atlanta Public Schools (APS) is in the process of updating student information and pre-registering students for the 2026-2027 school year. The safety and security of our students are paramount in everything we do. Our staff remains committed to ensuring safety protocols are in place and followed, but we need your help.

During times of emergency, the school district must have current, accurate contact information for our families. It is critical that in times of need, your child’s school(s) must be able to contact you using the information listed in Infinite Campus. Starting March 9, 2026, APS is asking all parents to go into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and complete the Annual Student Update application. This application will allow parents to review all key information (including address, phone numbers, email addresses, guardians, emergency contacts, health conditions, etc.) and make any necessary
changes.

In order to verify that your information is up to date, please complete the Annual Update through your Parent Portal account.

If you need to make updates to your student’s address information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please select the Online Registration button under the Shortcuts box in the bottom right corner.

Please complete the Annual Update in Parent Portal by April 24, 2026, for your student to receive a schedule for the upcoming school year. By July 1, 2026, Parent Portal may restrict navigation to any other area until the Annual Update Application is completed.

Parents/guardians of all current APS students should complete the SY26-27 Annual Update process

What if my information has changed?

If you have a rising 6th grader, rising 9th grader, or your address has changed, the following items will be required during the Annual Update process:

Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Proof of Residency

What if my information has not changed?

If your student will be continuing at the same school and there has been no change in residency, contact information, or guardianship:

How do I create a Parent Portal account in Infinite Campus?

What if I cannot access my Parent Portal account?

To reset your username/password:

To reset your password: Select the Forgot Your Password? link and an email will be sent from sisdatareporting@atlanta.k12.ga.us to the address on record. Directions for the password reset process will be included. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
To retrieve your username: Select Forgot Your Username? link and an email will be sent from sisdatareporting@atlanta.k12.ga.us to the address on record containing your username. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Users can request to receive the forgotten username up to 5 times per day. On the sixth try, the user will be locked out of the account and will need to wait until the next day to try again. All usernames associated with the email address entered will be listed in the email.
If you are unable to reset using the online reset feature, please submit a Let's Talk ticket.

What if I do not complete the APS Annual Update process?

Failure to complete the annual update process will result in the delay of schedules for the enrolling student. On July 1st, parents who have not completed the annual update process will be redirected within their Parent Portal accounts to complete this step before they are able to access any other section of their Parent Portal account.

If a parent/guardian does not complete the Annual Update prior to June 26, 2025, your student's enrollment and schedule may be delayed for the start of SY26-27.
