Annual Update

Important: Annual Update (K-12th Grade)

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we need your help making sure your student's information is current. Please log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and complete the Annual Student Update — reviewing and updating your address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, health conditions, and more.

Deadline: July 1, 2026. After this date, other areas of the Portal may be unavailable until the update is submitted.

Parents/guardians of all current APS students should complete the SY26-27 Annual Update process

What if my information has changed?

If you have a rising 6th grader, rising 9th grader, or your address has changed, the following items will be required during the Annual Update process:

If your student will be continuing at the same school and there has been no change in residency, contact information, or guardianship:

  2. Complete the Annual Update via Parent Portal Account
  3. Submit
