The following items are required to enroll your child into a Neighborhood Atlanta Public School.
- Parent/Guardian Identification
- Proof of Student Age
- Social Security Card/Social Security Waiver
- Proof of Residency
- Immunizations
- Certificate of Vision, Hearing & Dental
- Official Transcript
