APS Summer Centralized Enrollment will start June 17th through July 20th!
Day One To-Dos
Every APS parent should complete one of these actions to ensure their student is ready for Day One! The Office of Student Assignment and Records is available to help families complete enrollment and registration during the summer break.
Do you have a new student to APS or a rising Kindergarten student for SY26-27?
Parents of Rising Kindergarten students and any New Students to Atlanta Public Schools should complete SY26-27 New Student Enrollment in Infinite Campus.
If you have a rising Kindergarten student for SY26-27 OR are NEW to APS, you should complete New Student Enrollment through Infinite Campus to enroll your student for the upcoming school year.
Parents who need assistance with completing the online registration application can contact the Office of Student Assignment and Records and/or schedule an appointment to complete the process. The Office of Student Assignment and Records can also provide the documentation needed for the process.
Do you have a current APS student who needs to complete the APS Annual Update?
Parents of Current Student in Atlanta Public Schools should complete the SY26-27 Annual Update in Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you have a current APS student who was enrolled for SY25-26, the annual update must be completed for each student in order for the student to receive a schedule for SY26-27.
Parents who need assistance with creating or accessing their Infinite Campus Parent Portal, or with completing the Annual Update process can visit the APS Student and Family Support Hub for help.

If none of your information has changed, you can submit the annual update and ensure your student will be registered and scheduled for SY26-27.

If you have a rising 6th grader, 9th grader, or your address has changed, submit the Annual Update to ensure your information is updated and your student is registered and scheduled for SY26-27.
Appointments are offered Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays (ie. 4th of July, Juneteenth, etc.) between 9am and 3pm.

If you schedule an in-person visit, you can select from available dates and times from Tuesday, June 17 through Tuesday, July 20 and visit the office located at:

Parents can schedule an online appointment if they prefer and will receive follow up invitation to a Zoom meeting at the date and time selected.
If you schedule an appointment and can no longer attend, please contact our office to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
