Effective July 1, 2015, with the exception of minors in entertainment, work permits are no longer required for youth aged 16 and older.

Once the student has completed the form, they are responsible for providing the Work Permit Minor Confirmation Page and Minor Security Key (MSK) to the employer.
The employer MUST complete their portion of the Youth Work Permit. Both steps must be completed BEFORE bringing the form to Atlanta Public Schools.
