LATE BUS/ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
Contact the Call Center and please have the following information to expedite services:

  • Student Name and School Name
  • Bus or Route Number
  • Location of pick-up and drop off

What We Need From You

APS Transportation is eager to assist however we can. Below, we've provided some information you can share with us that will help us do that more quickly and efficiently. 

EMAIL APS TRANSPORTATION: 

  • Your child's full name
  • Your child's grade
  • Your child's address
  • Your child's bus route number
  • A phone contact for you
  • A description of the issue

 

DEPARTMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATION (DEE)
If your address is incorrect and/or needs to be updated:

  • Contact the EELT (Exceptional Education Lead Teacher) at the student’s school
