A school district operates like a major enterprise where strategic planning, budgeting, talent management, operations, and performance outcomes all matter. This program offers a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most complex organizations to lead. It will broaden participants understanding of how a school district works, build more effective educational advocates, and provide full awareness of the current and future challenges facing public education. Participants will engage directly with community, district, and school leaders, gaining insights that translate across all sectors while making a meaningful difference.
