We have an overflowing Lost & Found situation and need every parent to help get it under control. The new process implemented by school administration this year is as follows:
- Where are items stored?
- Each grade has a bin for lost items on their hallway. These are typically filled by things left on the playground after recess. Teachers are reminding students to look around before leaving the playgrounds. Please reinforce this at home. These bins are easily accessible for the kids to search for missing items since they are near their classrooms.
- What happens to unclaimed items?
- Items will be donated the first Friday of every month.
An effort will be made to get labeled items to the owners' teachers, but this is not guaranteed to happen due to the volume of items. It is each family's responsibility to find your items before the donation deadline each month. Please have your child check the locations. Parents are welcome to check as well. Please help us keep our valuable space free of lost and found clutter!
