  • Our MES Student Fall Photos will be taken on Friday, September 21, 2018. The form located below was sent home with your student.

    1. Please fill out the bottom portion of form and choose ONE portrait look. 
    2. Return this portion of the form on Picture Day, Friday September 21, 2018.
    3. A sample of the portrait package will be printed & sent home with your student.
    4. You will be able to review this sample and purchase.
