Track 1: Beginner Swim Lessons (Pool Area A)
Times: Sessions every 30 minutes.
Activities:
- Water comfort techniques.
- Floating basics and kicking drills.
- Safe water entry and exits.
- Audience: Children and parents new to swimming.

Track 2: Intermediate & Advanced Skills (Pool Area B)
Times: Ongoing challenges and drills.
Activities:
- Relay races by age group.
- “Tread to Win” endurance competition.
- Self-rescue techniques using flotation devices.
Audience: Swimmers with some experience or advanced skills.

Track 3: Family Swim Time (Pool Area C)
Times: Open throughout the event.
Activities:
- Supervised free swim for families.
- Family-friendly water games.
- Audience: All ages, open to families.

Track 4: CPR & Water Safety Training (Dry Area)
Times: Sessions every hour, led by certified Red Cross trainers.
Activities:
- CPR demonstrations and hands-on practice with mannequins.
- “Know Before You Go” water safety tips.
- Audience: Parents, teens, and community members.

Track 5: Certification Courses
Times: Ongoing throughout the day.
Certifications Available:
- CPR certification (pre-registration required).
- Basic water safety certification.

Track 6: Community Resource Fair (Gym/Commons Area)
Times: Open throughout the event.
Features:
- Booths from community organizations (e.g., Red Cross, Parks & Rec).
- APS program information tables.
- City of Atlanta safety resources.
