After 28 years in the field of education, Eulonda Washington considers herself a transformational servant leader. As a leader, she believes her most important role is to “promote growth in others. During her 28 year tenure, Eulonda has served in the role of teacher, department chair, grade level chair, SST chair, assistant principal, principal, coordinator and director. She has received a host of accolades and presented at a number of conferences to share her Best Practices for leading schools and central office teams. Washington takes a great deal of pride in having served as a coach and mentor to those who aspire to lead.
