My name is Wendy Feldman and I'm the Spanish teacher at Coretta Scott King Young Women's Leadership Academy. An alumna of Spelman College, I graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in Spanish. I am certified to teach Spanish in grades P-12, as well as Advanced Placement Spanish. I was selected for a National Endowment for the Humanities fellowship for teachers for the study of Don Quixote at SUNY-Binghamton in Binghamton, New York. It is my goal to ensure that all young women complete Spanish courses with a greater appreciate and knowledge of the language, culture, and contribution of Spanish speakers around the world. In addition, I hope that CSKYWLA students will continue to pursue the study of Spanish and/or additional languages, as well as seek opportunities for travel and study abroad.
