My name is Mrs. Cheryl Jamison and I serve as an English Language Arts teacher in the Program for Exceptional Children Department. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master’s of Science in Special Education from Howard University. I have worked for many years mentoring young ladies and preparing teens to enter the workforce; recognized by DeKalb County Commission for extensive work in the community with DeKalb County youth.
My personal mission of service to the CSK community is to work with parents, students, and the community to create a learner-centered climate that stimulates the student's interaction with her environment and develop critical thinking skills to uncover new insights. This will allow the student to make use of these skills as she grows and experiences life.
