    Uniform Policy

    Herman J. Russell West End Academy's DRESS CODE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED; HOWEVER, STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PENALIZED FOR NOT WEARING SCHOOL UNIFORMS. APS DRESS CODE POLICY IS STRONGLY ENFORCED.

    ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR ROYAL BLUE TOPS AND BLACK, NAVY OR KHAKI BOTTOMS.
