Atlanta Public Schools (“APS” “we,” or “our”) operates www.atlantapublicschools.us, any other websites that link to this Privacy Policy (each a “Website” and collectively, the “Websites”) and the APS mobile application (the “App”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Websites and the App are collectively referred to as the “Services.” This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom it is disclosed, the purpose disclosed, and the rights you may have available to you regarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy covers personal information collected on through the Services and in connection with our products and other services. The Privacy Policy does not apply to any website operated by a third party that has a separate privacy policy.
