Join Membership Tool Kit
Membership Toolkit is a PTO-run tool designed to easily and efficiently connect VHE parents/guardians with PTO initiatives like fundraising, volunteer opportunities, directories, and communications. Membership Toolkit is a free*, members-only community and available to current school year parents/guardians and staff only.

*In addition to all the perks of Membership Toolkit, those who join the PTO receive access to the VHE Family Directory. The Family Directory is opt-in and you can edit your information anytime.
LET'S GET STARTED!
First, you must register for Membership Toolkit.
Make sure to add each of your VHE students, select their grade-level, and, when you receive it, indicate their homeroom teacher. You can edit your Parent/Guardian Information here or your Student Information here.
Note: Once the Primary User account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access their account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
MANAGE YOUR FAMILY DIRECTORY LISTING
Your inclusion in the VHE Family Directory is optional. You can update your Parent/Guardian Information here, your Student Information here, and your Directory Preferences here.
To view the VHE Family Directory, you must be an active PTO member. Become a PTO Member.
PICK YOUR COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Click over to Communication Channels to opt-in or -out to your available newsletters.
We consider the NeighborHoot - VHE's weekly newsletter - required reading for all parents/guardians. After 8/14, the NeighborHoot will be exclusive sent via Membership Tool Kit so you must be registered to receive it.
All communication will be delivered to your email inbox, but you can always search previous newsletters on your 'My Messages' page.
