Trunk or Treat

When:  October 31st between 9-11am at each campus.  Setup is from 8:00-9:00am. This event happens at the same time at both locations.  Each grade will have a 30-minute window to trunk-or-treat. 

Where: Parking lots at the Intermediate Campus and Primary Campus. Spaces will be reserved in the main parking lot of the IC and the lower parking area near the baseball field at the PC   

 

Who:  Parent Volunteers:  There will be reserved spaces for up to 16 cars or trucks at each campus. PTO committees and grade levels have already reserved some spots.  If you are interested in being a ‘trunk leader” or would like to volunteer at an already existing trunk, please sign up here

 

This event is only open to parents who volunteer.  Due to space and parking restriction on the day of, it is unfortunately not open to visitors/parents who are not volunteering. 

All students will participate and can come dressed in costume.  Please follow these costume guidelines. 

 

What:  Trunk Leaders: Those who are a ‘trunk leader’ will be required to decorate the car/trunk on the day of the event and hand out treats.  Please have your decorations ready because set-up time is limited the morning of the event (8-9am).  Trunk leaders will not be responsible for purchasing items that are being given to kids for their trunk .  Please share suggested items you wish to hand out on the signup genius and with the Trunk or Treat committee. 

 

Anyone: donations for goodies to be given away at trunks are being requested from Sarah Smith families. Please refer to the sign up genius for details or shop the Amazon Wish List.  Donations boxes will be placed in the lobbies at each campus starting Wednesday, October 2nd and all goody donations are due by Wednesday, October 23rd.
