Technology Needs and Questions Update!

  • Effective Monday, 10/19, if a student needs technology, whether that is a chrome book or internet hotspot, they will need to complete the district waitlist form.  The district will contact them when the device is available for pick up.  We will no longer be distributing tech at North Atlanta as we had been as we have run out.  The link to complete the form is:

  • If your APS technology isn’t working, please contact APS technology support.  To do so, please either call 404-802-1000 or to go to the APS website and enter a Let’s Talk contact.  In the topic for the Let’s Talk contact please enter Information Technology, NOT North Atlanta.  That will route the request to the IT department.  
  • If you don’t know your APS username or password or can’t log in using your APS username or password, please contact 404-802-1000 or to go to the APS website and enter a Let’s Talk contact.  In the topic for the Let’s Talk contact please enter Information Technology, NOT North Atlanta. That will route the request to the IT department.
