APS to Host 10th Annual Back to School Bash, Saturday!
ATLANTA – For the 10th year Atlanta Public Schools will host one of its flagship events that has become synonymous with the start of a new school year – the Back to School Bash!
More than 11,000 students and families have pre-registered for the event, which will include nearly 200 exhibitors and is the largest back-to-school celebration in Georgia. The APS Back to School Bash, the state’s largest and longest-running back-to-school event, features free backpacks stuffed with school supplies, fun activities and giveaways, and resources and services (including school physicals) to meet the educational and healthcare needs of APS families.
On-site registration will be held 7 - 10 AM. After that, the event will be closed to those who have not registered.
Presenting sponsors for this year’s event are Amazon, Comcast, and MBUSA. Other sponsors include Georgia Natural Gas and the T.D. Jakes Foundation.
