APS Technology Survey

  • Student’s guardian must complete technology survey before student can be issued a computer. If the guardian has not completed the technology survey, complete the following:
  • Access the survey here: http://www.tinyaps.com/?techsurvey.

APS Lost or Stolen Device

  • If a student’s computer is Lost or Stolen, complete the following:
  • The parent must report the device stolen to local authorities and obtain a police report. 
  • Parent must provide a copy of the police report to the Information Technology dept. at ITHardwareAssetMgt@atlanta.k12.ga.us.
  • Once the police report is received, the parent should contact the IT Service Desk at 404-802-1000 to submit a Nimbus ticket.  Someone from the IT dept. will be in contact to schedule a day and time to pick up the replacement device.
