The P-EBT program is administered by the Georgia Department of Family Children Services (DFCS). During the 2020-2021 school year, all students enrolled in Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school sites receive P-EBT benefits. DFCS has issued P-EBT benefits for CEP students who had not requested their benefit card during the initial P-EBT rollout.
Eligible free and reduced-priced meal students (applications/Direct Certification) enrolled in Non-CEP schools for SY2020-2021 will receive the 2020-2021 P-EBT benefits. If the free and reduced household application was not completed or the student did not qualify for free or reduced meals in 2020-2021, the student will not receive the 2020-2021 P-EBT benefits.
Below is a list of the 2020-2021 Non-CEP school sites.

Parents are currently receiving P-EBT cards in the mail for their students for the reimbursement value for school meals missed during SY2020-2021 during the COVID-19 school shut-down. Per DFCS, P-EBT benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others that need assistance but are not eligible for P-EBT. Families not interested in receiving P-EBT should destroy their P-EBT cards.
Parents may contact DFCS at 855-501-INFO (4636) with any P-EBT questions or visit https://dfcs.georgia.gov/pandemic-electronic-benefit-transfer.
