The Comprehensive Long Range Facilities Plan is a long-term roadmap guided by data and community input to modernize APS schools. Through surveys, meetings, and task force engagement, the public helps shape the district’s future.
Steps in the Process:

- APS hires HPM to blend data and community input and create a plan for strategic growth.
- Project landing page goes live on district website, updated regularly.
- Published State of Schools Report.
- Public meetings held May through December, virtually and in-person.
- Community Task Force meets five times.
- Community Survey goes live in two languages – May 21, closes August 5.
- Options go public week of August 18.
- HPM presents options to the Board as a First Read at November meeting.
- Board considers approval of CLRFP at December meeting.
