    The Comprehensive Long Range Facilities Plan is a long-term roadmap guided by data and community input to modernize APS schools. Through surveys, meetings, and task force engagement, the public helps shape the district’s future.

Steps in the Process:

    2. APS hires HPM to blend data and community input and create a plan for strategic growth.
    3. Project landing page goes live on district website, updated regularly.
    4. Published State of Schools Report.
    5. Public meetings held May through December, virtually and in-person.
    6. Community Task Force meets five times.
    7. Community Survey goes live in two languages – May 21, closes August 5.
    8. Options go public week of August 18.
    9. HPM presents options to the Board as a First Read at November meeting.
    10. Board considers approval of CLRFP at December meeting.
