As a dedicated Mathematics Instructional Coach, I bring over 23 years of experience in fostering a love for mathematics and enhancing instructional practices. My passion lies in empowering educators with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to create engaging and effective math learning experiences for all students.

I have had the privilege of working alongside teachers at various grade levels, helping them to implement research-based instructional practices that make math accessible and enjoyable for every student. My approach is collaborative, data-driven, and centered around the belief that all students can succeed in math with the right support and guidance.

In my role, I specialize in small groups, differentiated instruction, formative assessment, and literacy integration in the math classroom. I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest educational trends and research, ensuring that the teachers I work with are equipped with the most effective strategies.

My goal is to inspire a positive change in math education by supporting educators in their journey to create student-centered, inquiry-based learning environments where all students can thrive.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring new mathematical concepts, and collaborating with other coaches and specialists.
