Information Technology Readiness survey

As APS prepares to Return + Learn, we want to ensure every student has a device and internet connection to access virtual instruction.

We need all APS families to fill out our Information Technology Readiness survey for each child attending an APS school. After the survey is completed, parents will be contacted by their school to arrange for them to receive the technology they need.

Please complete a survey for each child by clicking here no later than August 7 to receive a device by the first day of school!
