Salutations! My name is Dionna L. Palmer. I am a mother of one son, the middle of three and the oldest of twins and I enjoy music and fellowshipping with family and friends. l attended Walden University where l attained a master's degree in Teaching Adults, minoring in Early Childhood Education. My qualifications include over 20 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education with a specialty in Infant-Toddler Studies. My most recent experience includes mentor coaching, interdisciplinary work and collaboration in educational programming and adjunct instruction.

As the Business Manager at Fickett Elementary, I offer a strong commitment to supporting the mission and vision of our school culture, data driven communities of practice with teaching staff and shaping reflective and self-directed students who learn to think critically and creatively.
