- Public comment will be available at the meetings indicated on the meeting schedule.
- Everyone wishing to provide public comments must sign up virtually. To provide public comment please complete the form.
- Virtual sign-up will be available one week prior to the meeting and will close 24 hours before the meeting.
- Public comment will be held during the last 10 minutes of the agenda.
- Each speaker will be given two minutes to speak, and there will be a total of 20 minutes allotted for public comment.
- GO Team members will not provide responses or engage in direct conversation during public comment
As outlined in the GO Team Handbook, GO Teams establish their Public Comment Protocol at the first meeting of the year. At this meeting, the Ralph J. Bunche GO Team will establish a public comment protocol that will be publicly posted and followed for any future meeting with time allotted for the public to provide comments to the GO Team.
