 Documents needed for new enrollment and those transferring from another school within APS

• Official Certificate of Birth

• Social Security Card

• Georgia Certificate of Immunization

• Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examination

• Proof of residency by parent or guardian 

  • Must include lease, mortgage or deed statement and a 30 days current GA Power bill and notarized Affidavit of Residency

• Withdrawal form from previous school

• Address of previous school

• Copy of picture ID for parent or legal guardian

• Transcript or report card from previous school

CCES is a uniform school. We wear uniforms Monday-Thursday. Fridays are school spirit days.

All students should wear red polo shirts and khaki bottoms. Girls can also wear khaki uniform dresses. Students should wear closed toe shoes.
