The PTA Elections will be , Tuesday, September 16, at 5:30pm in the Maker Space Room 132. Nominations will be taken from the floor for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and possibly some Committee Chairs. Come prepared to pay the $8 membership fee so that you may vote. Only paid members may vote. Everyone is encouraged to get involved!
*This week students grades 6th through 10th are taking the Write Score test. Please make sure your child brings a fully charged laptop each day, so they are ready to test.
*The After School All Stars program buses will start this Thursday, September 18, at 5:30pm. We will share the routes as soon as we get them. All middle school parents, please return your completed After School All Stars forms with attached documentation. Applications and documentation must be returned before Thursday to ride the bus. *The Middle School Cresting Ceremony is Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 2:30 pm in the Eagles' Auditorium for uncrested middle schoolers which includes all 6th graders, new 7th, and new 8th graders. If your scholar has not already done so, please send his clean, ironed, labeled, long-sleeved, white dress shirt, white t-shirt, and belt on a hanger by tomorrow, Tuesday. *The BEST Academy POLO Team will have their only competition for this year, this Sunday, September 21, from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at Bouckaert Farm, at The Atlanta Fashion and Polo Classic through the Miquel Wilson, Ride To The Olympics Foundation. RTO represents Wilson's commitment to empowering inner-city youth by promoting equestrian sports and fashion, creating pathways to awareness and opportunity. Everyone is welcome to attend.
