Membership Toolkit is a PTO-run tool that is a free, members-only community that is available to current parents/guardians and staff only. Membership Toolkit connects our school community with PTO initiatives like fundraising, volunteer opportunities, directories, and communications.
Through Membership Toolkit:
- join the PTO and pay annual dues
- subscribe to VHE's weekly NeighborHoot newsletter
- connect with volunteer opportunities
- view the VHE Family Directory (with active PTO membership)
To join Membership Toolkit you must be a parent/gaurdian or a teacher enrolled in the current school year.
Create a Membership Toolkit account at https://vhepto.membershiptoolkit.com/
Once you're in, register with VHE's Membership Toolkit. You should see an option in the center of your screen or an orange button on the lefthand sidebar that says 'register.'
Fill out Parent Information, Student Information, and Directory Preferences. Note: the information that you enter here will be the information that you opt-in to the directory.
Once you're fully registered you will gain access to our Membership Toolkit content. Make sure to set your Communications Preferences and Join the PTO. As soon as you join PTO, you gain instant access to the VHE Family Directory. NOTE: if you have previously paid for a PTO membership, choose the $0 option during the PTO signup process.
