Kristin, along with her husband Mark, moved to Atlanta in 2019 from Chicago. She is originally from Pennsylvania. They have two wonderful children: Maddie, who is 7 and entering 3rd grade, and Braden, who is 9 and starting 4th grade. The family also includes their sweet dog, Coco.

Professionally, Kristin is the General Manager of Ponce City Market. This historic and iconic Atlanta landmark is a mixed-use community featuring retail, office, residential, and dining spaces housed in the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building.

Kristin brings with her 18 years of experience in real estate operations and management, particularly in the retail sector. Her career includes managing Atlantic Station in Atlanta, a mixed-use development in downtown Chicago, and holding key positions at Water Tower Place in Chicago and Sara Investment Real Estate in Madison, Wisconsin.
