Kristin, along with her husband Mark, moved to Atlanta in 2019 from Chicago. She is originally from Pennsylvania. They have two wonderful children: Maddie, who is 8 and entering 4th grade, and Braden, who is 10 and starting 5th grade. The family also includes their sweet dog, Coco.

Professionally, Kristin is the General Manager of Ponce City Market. This historic and iconic Atlanta landmark is a mixed-use community featuring retail, office, residential, and dining spaces housed in the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building.

Kristin brings with her 19 years of experience in real estate operations and management, particularly in the retail sector. Her career includes managing Atlantic Station in Atlanta, a mixed-use development in downtown Chicago, and holding key positions at Water Tower Place in Chicago and Sara Investment Real Estate in Madison, Wisconsin.
