What is Curriculum Night at Slater?

Curriculum Night is a wonderful opportunity for caregivers, community partners, and supporters to experience the amazing programs at Slater Elementary.

During this event, guests can explore all grade levels, from Pre-K through 5th grade, to learn directly from our teaching staff about our instructional programs. Attendees will also get to participate in hands-on activities that mirror what students are currently learning in the classroom.

Families will have the chance to engage in sessions covering key topics such as our school goals, the transition from elementary to middle school, and explore resources provided by vendors who support our school community.

As an added bonus, all attendees will be entered into a drawing for a Smart TV, which will take place at the end of the event!

Our goal for Curriculum Night is to provide families and stakeholders with valuable insights into our instructional approach, highlight the support systems available, and share ways caregivers can help their students achieve success.
