  • We are excited to announce our new health service partnership with Hazel Health. With this service, students will be able to see a Hazel provider right from school or home at no cost to families. Parents or guardians must complete the Hazel consent form before a student can have access to Hazel Health.

     

    What Hazel Health Offers:

    • Physical Health: Virtual urgent medical care for allergies, pink eye, pains, bumps & bruises
    • Mental Health: Short-term counseling/teletherapy sessions with licensed therapists
    • Increased return to class rate and learning time
    • Fewer missed work hours for parents 
    • Over 50% providers who are people of color and are bilingual
    • $0 out-of-pocket cost for families
