The primary purpose of General Accounting is to be as transparent and responsive as possible to our schools, teachers, vendors and oversight agencies.  General Accounting is responsible for:

    • Timely reconciliation of accounts to insure accuracy of financial entries
    • Working with internal and external groups to produce required reports to satisfy local, state and federal requirements
    • Reviewing  accounting procedures to insure appropriate internal controls and separation of duties
    • Working with IT to insure financial systems are reliable and updated regularly.
