Private Schools - Equitable Services
Under the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, eligible private schools are able to receive equitable services funds through the following programs: Title I, Part A, Title I, Part C, Title II, Part A, Title, III Part A, Title IV, Part A and Title IV, Part B.
The purpose of these funds is to provide all children significant opportunity to receive a fair, equitable, and high-quality education and to close educational achievement gaps.
Each district that participates in these programs must make funds available for education support authorized by each title to qualified students in compliance with Federal Law Federal Regulations and Non-Regulatory Guidance.
Available Equitable Services Funds for Private Schools

Title I Funds are available to private schools located within or outside of the district and the state with students residing within Atlanta Public School's geographical boundaries.

Title VIII (Title I, Part C, Title II, Part A, Title, III Part A, Title IV, Part A and Title IV, Part B) Funds are only available to private schools located in Atlanta Public School's geographical boundaries.
