    Public Comment Format

    Stakeholders wishing to make comments must sign in prior to beginning of the meeting between 4:45 pm - 5:15 pm. A sign-up sheet (5 person maximum) will be posted in the Media Center and an alloted  time of 20 minutes will be provided for the Public Comment segment at the beginning of specified meetings.

    Each community member will be alloted 4 minutes to speak.  A Community Feedback Form will also be available for stakeholders wishing to provide additional comments/concerns to be submitted to the GO TEAM for summation.

    Per Go Team bylaws, members are not allowed to respond to any comments or questions at this time.  All concerns will be addressed in the next scheduled meeting.
